For our customer Urban Arrow, we created a customer portal that ensures sales from the dealer channel are administratively processed in the ERP system. This allows dealers to gain better insight into delivery times, associated accessories and all completed orders. The customer portal makes it possible to instantly change orders, add references and find out when and why an order is delayed.
Thanks to the customer portal, dealers are able to serve their customers better than ever and manage expectations in a more professional and effective manner. In addition, less contact is required between dealers and Urban Arrow, mainly because the customer portal enables dealers to arrange many things themselves.
